Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened for easy spreading
  • 4 oz cooked bacon crumbled into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 bagels bagels halved, your choice of flavor
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Slice the bagels in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • If you haven't cooked your bacon yet, fry it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble it.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of each bagel half. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each half.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each bagel. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
