Rice Krispies cereal

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup additional white chocolate chips for coating
  • sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  • Melt the white chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Combine Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows in a large mixing bowl, then pour the melted mixture over them and stir gently.
  • Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the formed balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Dip the chilled balls in melted white chocolate for coating and decorate as desired.
