Base Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles plus extra for topping
- 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies about 4-5 cookies
- 1 pinch salt
Gather all your ingredients.
In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Fold in crushed sugar cookies.
Fold in rainbow sprinkles, saving some for topping.
Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and top with extra sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
Once set, cut into squares and serve.
