Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies about 4-5 cookies
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Fold in crushed sugar cookies.
  • Fold in rainbow sprinkles, saving some for topping.
  • Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and top with extra sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  • Once set, cut into squares and serve.
