Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups melted butter
- 0.25 cups sugar
Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake the crust for about 8-10 minutes. Let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
