Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups melted butter
  • 0.25 cups sugar

Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake the crust for about 8-10 minutes. Let it cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
  • Add sour cream, heavy cream, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly. Preheat the oven to 325°F and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  • Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour to cool gradually.
  • Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
