Instructions
 

  • Combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float, about 2-3. Drain and set aside.
  • Place meatballs in slow cooker, pour marinara sauce over them, and stir gently to coat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. 30 minutes before serving, add gnocchi and spinach, then stir in heavy cream.
