Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 9. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the diced celery, finely chopped red onion, and sweet pickles to the bowl. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Gently fold the cooled macaroni into the tuna mixture. Add optional ingredients like parsley or green bell pepper if desired.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
