Instructions
Prepare the coffee mixture by brewing strong coffee and letting it cool. Mix in coffee liqueur if using.
Make the mascarpone filling by beating mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Assemble the tiramisu cups by dipping ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and layering them with the mascarpone filling.
Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
