Eggs
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped for garnish
- paprika for garnish
Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them under running water.
Slice each egg in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and mash them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish with paprika and chives.
