Ingredients
  

Eggs

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped for garnish
  • paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  • Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them under running water.
  • Slice each egg in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and mash them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish with paprika and chives.
