Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and let it warm up. Once hot, add the ground chicken and break it apart as it cooks. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. If desired, add red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.
  • Return the skillet to heat and pour the orange sauce over the cooked chicken. Stir well to coat the chicken. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions. Serve warm over rice or quinoa.
