Ingredients
  

Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream Whipped to create a light and airy filling.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adds sweetness to the whipped cream.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor of the cream.
  • 17.3 ounces frozen puff pastry sheets Thawed, providing flaky texture.
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries Hulled and sliced for flavor and color.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Brightens the strawberries.
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar Helps draw out juices from strawberries.
  • powdered sugar for dusting Adds a finishing touch.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out each thawed puff pastry sheet and cut into three equal rectangles. Prick the pastry with a fork and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Assemble the dessert by placing one piece of cooled puff pastry on a serving plate. Spread a layer of whipped cream, then add a layer of sliced strawberries. Repeat layers and finish with another piece of puff pastry on top. Dust with powdered sugar.
  • Refrigerate the assembled dessert for up to 120 minutes for flavors to meld, or serve immediately.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
