Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Add cold butter and mix until coarse crumbs form.

Prepare the strawberry topping by hulling and slicing strawberries. Toss with lemon juice and cornstarch.
Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out heart shapes and place half on a baking sheet. Spoon cream cheese mixture and strawberry mixture onto each heart, then top with another heart shape.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops with beaten egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
