Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container whipped topping (8 oz), thawed
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2.
  • In a 9x13 inch dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs, half of the pudding mixture, half of the sliced bananas, and half of the strawberries. Repeat the layers.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120.
