Instructions
 

  • Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium heat until well mixed and heated through.
  • Once meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan with the sauce and toss until fully coated.
