Instructions
 

  • Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on a baking sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Prepare the sauce by whisking soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  • Toss baked meatballs in the sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
