Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, honey, and half of the minced garlic for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, about 6-8 minutes, then drain.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing remaining soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Add broccoli and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, cook for 2-3 minutes, then add noodles and toss.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
