Rice Noodles
- 8 ounces wide rice noodles
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- sesame seeds for garnish
Marinate the beef with soy sauce and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes, then drain and rinse.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook marinated beef for 3-4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
Stir-fry red bell pepper, snap peas, green onions, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine beef and vegetables, add sauce mixture, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add noodles and toss to coat.
