Ingredients
  

Rice Noodles

  • 8 ounces wide rice noodles
  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the beef with soy sauce and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes, then drain and rinse.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook marinated beef for 3-4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
  • Stir-fry red bell pepper, snap peas, green onions, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Combine beef and vegetables, add sauce mixture, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add noodles and toss to coat.
