Instructions
Prep the ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic. Measure out the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 5-7.
While the beef is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, about 7-9. Drain and set aside.
In the skillet with cooked beef, stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until combined.
Transfer the beef mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Fold in the cooked egg noodles and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake the casserole for 25-30 until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
