Banana Mixture
- 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
