Chicken
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1 pound total
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Prepare the chicken by pounding it to an even thickness and seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms and onions for about 5 minutes until soft.
