Instructions
 

  • Measure out all ingredients and mix ground beef with spices. Chop pickles and shred cheese.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add seasoned ground beef, and cook until browned (5-7).
  • Melt butter in a skillet, place a tortilla, add cheese, beef, pickles, ketchup, and mustard, then top with another tortilla.
  • Cook quesadilla for 3-4 on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat for second quesadilla.
