Udon Noodles
- 8 ounces udon noodles Thick noodles providing a chewy base.

- 1 cup shrimp Peeled and deveined.
- 1 cup broccoli florets Adds crunch and color.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, typically boiling for 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
Return shrimp to the skillet, add udon noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
