Beef and Egg Mixture
- 1 pound beef sausage Remove casings for easy cooking.
- 6 large eggs Fresh eggs will give you the best flavor and fluffiness.
- 1/4 cup milk Adds creaminess to the eggs.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
