  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese Adds richness and creaminess to the pie.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sweetens the filling perfectly.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor.
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips These little bites of chocolate bring joy to every slice.
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust Saves time and adds a delightful crunch.
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped to perfection for a light texture.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings For garnish, adding elegance and extra chocolate flavor.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios Provides a lovely crunch and a pop of color.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pie crust by taking the pre-made graham cracker crust out of its packaging and placing it on a serving plate. Optionally, lightly toast the crust in the oven for 5 at 350°F to enhance its flavor.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture. Spoon the cannoli filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240. For best results, chill overnight.
  • Before serving, garnish the top with chocolate shavings and chopped pistachios. Slice the pie into 8 pieces and enjoy.
