  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries carefully.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the blondies cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
