Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups granulated sugar divided into two parts
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 0.75 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan.
