  • 1 medium green bell pepper Thinly sliced for a crunchy texture.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder To enhance the overall flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper To taste, ensuring the dish is well-seasoned.
  • 4 hoagie rolls hoagie rolls The perfect bread to hold all the delicious fillings.
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese Sliced, for that gooey, melty topping.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients by slicing the ribeye steak, onion, and green bell pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook the sliced ribeye steak for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  • Remove the steak and sauté the sliced onion and green bell pepper in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  • Return the steak to the skillet, mix with vegetables, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven broiler. Assemble the sandwiches by filling hoagie rolls with the steak and vegetable mixture, then top with provolone cheese.
  • Broil the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
