- 1 pound ground beef Main protein source.

- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese Adds classic cheesesteak flavor.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Provides a gooey texture.
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds a salty flavor.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil Used for sautéing.
Prep all ingredients by washing and dicing the vegetables and mincing the garlic.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add ground beef, season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in heavy cream and let simmer. Mix in half of the provolone and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
