  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese Classic cheesesteak cheese.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Adds extra creaminess.

Instructions
 

  • Prep all ingredients by dicing the onion and bell pepper, slicing the mushrooms, and mincing the garlic.
  • Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Mix heavy cream and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then combine with the meat and vegetables.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
