A no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavors of pecan pie with creamy layers of cheesecake, crunchy pecans, and caramel, all nestled between a buttery graham cracker crust.
Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth, then set aside.
Whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, drizzle with half of the caramel sauce, and sprinkle with half of the pecans and chocolate chips. Repeat the layers.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.
