Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth, then set aside.
  • Whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, drizzle with half of the caramel sauce, and sprinkle with half of the pecans and chocolate chips. Repeat the layers.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.
