Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar

Cheesecake Filling

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened 8 ounces each
  • 1 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Pecan Topping

  • 1 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cups corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then adding brown sugar and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time.
  • Prepare the pecan topping by combining chopped pecans, corn syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Assemble by pouring cheesecake filling over the crust, then spooning the pecan mixture on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Chilling the bars overnight enhances flavor.
