Instructions
Gather all ingredients: Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, granola, and mini chocolate chips.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Add creamy peanut butter to the yogurt mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Fold in granola and mini chocolate chips. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
Freeze for at least 2 hours. Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
