Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Packed with protein and gives a smooth texture.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Choose your favorite brand for rich flavor.
  • 1/4 cup honey Natural sweetener that binds ingredients.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1/2 cup granola Adds crunch and extra nutrients.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Optional for a chocolatey twist.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients: Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, granola, and mini chocolate chips.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Add creamy peanut butter to the yogurt mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in granola and mini chocolate chips. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours. Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Feel free to customize with different nut butters or mix-ins.
