  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients: creamy peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and any optional ingredients like chocolate chips or nuts.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth. If adding chocolate chips or nuts, fold them in gently.
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  • Place the baking dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Once frozen, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
