Brussels sprouts
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts Trimmed and halved
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and cut them in half.
In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Drizzle olive oil over the sprouts and toss to coat. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over them and toss again until covered.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
