Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, pat dry, and trim any excess fat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts in the herb mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the marinated chicken breasts on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
