Brussels sprouts

Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming and halving them.

Combine halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and toss to coat.
Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Drizzle the glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
