  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed if possible
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1/4 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  • Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the orange juice in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the cooled orange juice mixture and orange zest into the whipped cream, then fold in the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
