Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed if possible
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1/4 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Warm the orange juice in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
