Crust
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, Nutella, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Let the bars cool at room temperature for 60 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before cutting into squares.
