Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, Nutella, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Let the bars cool at room temperature for 60 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before cutting into squares.
