  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Provides a sweet and crunchy texture.
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Adds rich chocolate flavor.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Sweetens and binds the mixture.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Adds moisture and richness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Provides a chewy texture.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Adds extra chocolatey flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  • Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips gently.
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
  • Lift out of the dish using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
