Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Optionally, add green food coloring.
  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the tops with colorful sprinkles. Allow to harden at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.
