Base Layer
- 1.5 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided
Chocolate Layer
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
Topping
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Prepare the crust by mixing crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter and pressing into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Make the chocolate layer by whisking together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in peppermint extract.
Create the peppermint cream layer by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
Assemble the lasagna by spreading the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by the chocolate layer, and topping with remaining whipped topping.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Before serving, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
