Instructions
 

  • Prepare the oatmeal layer by mixing rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until sticky.
  • Make the apple filling by mixing unsweetened applesauce with diced apples in a separate bowl.
  • Assemble the lasagna by layering half of the oatmeal mixture, half of the apple filling, and half of the whipped topping in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Repeat the layers.
