  • 1 tablespoon honey Adds sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Keeps the kielbasa moist.

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Provides a smoky flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper For heat and seasoning.

Instructions
 

  • Slice the beef kielbasa into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Combine Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Make deep cuts in each kielbasa slice, about 3-4 cuts per slice.
  • Brush the mustard mixture onto each kielbasa slice and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
