- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry. Pound to an even thickness if necessary.
Combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange marinated chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and add cherry tomatoes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
