Ingredients
  

Miso Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Place salmon skin-side down on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and brush the miso glaze over the top.
  • Marinate the salmon for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
