Miso Glaze
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions thinly sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Combine white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Place salmon skin-side down on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and brush the miso glaze over the top.
Marinate the salmon for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
