- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Prepare the chicken by cooking it and shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
