- 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1 pound total
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
If time allows, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
