In another bowl, combine ricotta and mascarpone. Blend until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and pistachios.
Spread filling over cooled crust. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and pistachios.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until filling is set but soft. Let cool completely.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Cut into squares.
