Boursin cheese

  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese (any flavor)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in chopped chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well incorporated. If using nuts, fold them in.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
