Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray, or line it with parchment paper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined. Allow to cool slightly before adding the eggs.
