- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (packed in oil)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup fresh basil, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
